Request Membership to the Illinois Insurance Association

To request new Membership or to register as a new user for an existing Member organization, please complete the form presented. Your account must be reviewed and activated by a representative from the Illinois Insurance Association. Until activated, you will be unable to log in.

Applications for new Membership are subject to the review and approval of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Insurance Association (IIA).

The business objectives of all associate member applicants must be consistent with those of IIA in order for the application to be considered.
