resource that can help. Illinois Insurance Hotline consultants are available to
answer general insurance questions, distribute educational materials, and suggest
resources available to those struggling with insurance issues. Hotline consultants
do not recommend companies, agents, or types of coverages consumers should buy.
The Illinois Insurance Hotline is an educational outreach funded by insurance companies
operating in this state, and administered by the Illinois Insurance Association.
